Job summary

EchoStar seeks an experienced Internal Audit professional to perform financial, operational, and fraud investigations while assessing enterprise risks. You will frame audits using risk-based methods and leverage data analytics to strengthen internal controls across the organization.

Key responsibilities include SOX 404 certification, collaboration with operations, and using AI techniques to expedite forensic investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, IT or business-related concentration.
• Experience in corporate audit, process consulting, IT, or public accounting.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes‑Oxley 404 and COSO Internal Control framework.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial, operational, and fraud investigations.
• Survey functions to prepare audit programs using tests of controls and substantive testing.
• Collaborate with business operations to identify improvements and drive remediation.
• Perform SOX 404 certification activities including risk assessment and testing of controls.
• Leverage AI for data mining and analytics to accelerate investigations.
