Zusammenfassung

Enstar Group is seeking a Data Privacy Specialist to join its Global Data Privacy team. You will provide day-to-day specialist data privacy advice across the Group, ensuring personal data is handled lawfully and consistently across jurisdictions.

You will work with colleagues in the UK and US, manage DPIAs, PIAs, LIAs, privacy notices, DPIAs and TIAs, support breach response, training, and privacy risk management, with emphasis on inherited records and legacy systems.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of hands-on data privacy experience in regulated environments.
• Professional qualifications: CIPP/E, CIPM or equivalent.
• Demonstrable expertise in UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, with knowledge of EU GDPR.
• Breadth across all data privacy disciplines; no deep specialization.
• Experience with DPIAs, Privacy by Design, DPAs, and international transfers.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day data privacy advice across the Group.
• Coordinate with UK/US teams and multi-jurisdictional stakeholders.
• Lead PIAs, DPIAs, LIAs and report to Data Privacy Manager.
• Maintain ROPA, data maps, and risk registers.
• Support breach response and regulatory notifications.
