This position will have a potential for a flexible combination of on-site and remote work.**Job Description:****Essential Functions:*** Conducts complex audits and reviews, requiring a high degree of problem-solving and risk analysis.* Designs appropriate audit steps including preparing a thorough risk assessment and audit program. Designing tests of control effectiveness. Performing appropriate audit procedures including interviews, process walkthroughs, and data analyses.* Collects and analyzes complex data, evaluates information, and draws logical conclusions.* Works closely with audit clients to obtain agreement on risk areas and audit findings. Identifies root causes and enables pragmatic and sustainable recommendations for improvement.* Provides cogent and impactful verbal and written communications identifying risks and areas for improvement.* Develops positive working relationships that foster open communication and contributes to perception that Audit Services is a partner to operations.**Education Requirement:**Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.**Certifications:**Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), highly preferred.
