• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of audit or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of internal control principles and practices.
• Experience conducting operational audits and internal control assessments.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Business acumen to understand and evaluate processes and risks.
• Integrity and ethical conduct; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Document and test internal processes and controls to evaluate effectiveness and identify risks or improvements.
• Plan and execute full-cycle audits from planning to reporting.
• Conduct operational audits and internal control assessments per standards.
• Analyze financial and operational information to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare clear audit findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Communicate results and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor follow-up on corrective actions and management responses.
• Complete special projects as directed by Audit leadership.
