Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking an Internal Audit Manager in the Americas region. You will participate and/or lead audits and consulting projects to deliver the annual internal audit plan, while partnering with S&F stakeholders to drive governance and risk outcomes.

You will work with fellow Internal Audit Managers to execute audits and report progress to the Senior Manager, ensuring objective process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate and/or lead operational, strategic, and financial audits and consulting projects.
• Deliver the Americas Internal Audit annual plan.
• Be the point of contact and knowledge partner for Americas Service & Finance stakeholders to drive governance and risk agenda.
• Work closely with other Internal Audit Managers to execute audits and keep the Audit Senior Manager informed of progress and issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide meaningful process improvements while maintaining objectivity and integrity.

Job description

The Internal Audit Manager will report to the Internal Audit Director - Americas. You will participate and/or lead operational, strategic, and financial audits and consulting projects. You will be responsible in the delivery of the Americas Internal Audit annual plan. In this role, you will be the point of contact and knowledge partner for Americas Service & Finance ("S&F") stakeholders to further drive governance and the risk agenda. You will work closely with the other Internal Audit Managers to execute audits and will keep the Audit Senior Manager informed of progress and issues as necessary. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with stakeholders to provide meaningful process improvements while maintaining objectivity and integrity.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include
