ADTRAN, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Audit to lead a global risk-based audit program, partner with business leaders to identify risks, assess controls, and advance ERM initiatives in a hybrid Huntsville setting.

The role focuses on SOX compliance, audit planning and execution, and continuous improvement of audit methods using analytics and AI, with responsibilities to mentor staff and report to senior management.

Formación

• Eight or more years of internal audit, public accounting, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, U.S. GAAP, COSO framework, and risk management.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or active progress toward certification.
• Experience leading audit engagements and managing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk-based internal audit planning and execution.
• Coach and mentor internal audit staff and co-sourced resources.
• Drive SOX 404 risk assessments, control testing, and compliance activities.
• Engage stakeholders and present audit results to leadership and Audit Committee.
