Job summary

HOK is seeking a Sr Interiors Project Manager to lead large, complex interior design projects from concept through completion in a hybrid work environment. You will direct teams of designers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring design intent, schedules, budgets, and quality align with client goals.

The role requires a bachelor's in interior design or architecture, 10+ years' experience in interiors, LEED preferred, and strong leadership with Deltek Vision, BIM, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
• 10 plus years’ experience in architectural and/or interiors practice with 7 years prior management experience in all phases of projects through post-occupancy.
• Experience in tenant improvement and high-end, interiors projects required.
• LEED credential preferred within 6 months of employment; NCIDQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, complex interior projects through all phases until completion.
• Direct teams of designers and consultants to ensure budget, schedule and design intent.
• Develop detailed project schedule, plans and controls; manage contracts and change notices.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and authorities on bids, permits and approvals.
• Mentor staff and promote sustainable design practices and knowledge sharing.
