HOK's Philadelphia office is seeking a Project Manager in Interiors to lead all phases of the design process, guide strategic direction, and mentor junior designers. The role emphasizes collaboration across sectors to create sustainable environments while upholding design excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of interior design experience in offices, airports, hospitals, or similar settings, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years as an Interior Designer in offices, airports, hospitals, or similar environments.
• Licensed Architect with NCARB is preferred if applicable.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• LEED accreditation to be obtained within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality, innovative design concepts aligned with client objectives, brand, and budget.
• Manage all project phases from contract to construction administration.
• Coordinate material needs, costs, bids, and fabrication logistics.
• Collaborate across disciplines and mentor junior staff to grow talent.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support marketing efforts.
