Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver corporate interior projects from $5M to $50M+.
• Develop master project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders and vendors to meet schedule and budget.
• Act as primary client contact through design to closeout.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Prepare RFPs for design and contractor services and manage vendor selection.
