Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator - Interior Services to service PCI interior scopes for our Midlothian operations. You will develop estimates, manage RFPs, and lead the estimating team.

You will work with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, prepare detailed takeoffs and bid analyses, and influence bid strategy. The role requires 5–7 years estimating construction and 10+ years in the industry, with proficiency in Takeoff

Qualifications

• 5–7 years estimating construction projects
• 10+ years total construction experience
• Experience with estimating or managing specialty scopes
• Ability to read specs/drawings for PCI scopes
• Proven ability to establish strong customer relationships
• Excellent verbal/written communication and cost analysis skills
• Ability to read project schedules and determine sequencing

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFPs for applicable scopes of work
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes for alignment with bid documents
• Develop relationships with local customers to support PCI objectives
• Collaborate with owners, construction managers, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Attend pre-bid site walk-throughs and write detailed proposals
• Prepare bid analyses, takeoffs, and financial job cost analyses
• Source subcontractors, materials, and equipment; monitor pricing
