Baskervill's Workplace Studio in Richmond, VA, seeks an Interior Designer to lead design and production from concept through construction administration using Revit. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design, 8+ years’ experience, NCIDQ preferred, and strong Revit skills plus familiarity with SketchUp, Enscape, the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited program.
• 8+ years of professional interior design experience.
• NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Office 365.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and production of interior design projects from concept through construction administration using Revit.
• Mentor and support junior staff while maintaining design intent across all project phases.
• Serve as primary client contact on small to mid-sized projects and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate project activities with consultants, in-house engineers, and team members to ensure successful delivery.
• Participate in all phases of design from programming through construction administration.
• Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and development.
