You will independently prepare and review full interior drawing packages, coordinate with vendors, consultants, and GC teams, and ensure cohesive branding across exteriors and interiors.

The role requires 4–7 years of hands-on experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software, and willingness to travel within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 4–7 years of hands-on interior design or retail design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and industry-standard 3D software.
• Ability to travel within the United States as needed.
• Bilingual English and Korean is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and development of design solutions for retail projects.
• Prepare, review, and manage full interior design packages.
• Oversee exterior design and signage for unified branding.
• Produce construction drawing sets and coordinate A/MEP.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in design reviews, site visits, and meetings.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback.
