Job summary

H MART Headquarters in Lyndhurst, NJ, is seeking an interior design professional to support design reviews, develop proposals, and produce construction drawings for commercial and retail projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in design, 1–3 years' experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software, and willingness to travel within the United States. English and Korean bilingualism is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of related interior or retail design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software with basic drafting skills.
• Ability to travel within the United States as needed.
• English and Korean language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design review and proposal development for projects.
• Prepare and revise interior design packages and construction drawings.
• Assist with material selection, furniture layouts, lighting, and FF&E documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and GC on tasks.
• Generate high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations.
• Monitor design during construction to ensure specs are followed.
• Organize project schedules, deliverables, and FF&E budgets.
