Cummings Architecture + Interiors is seeking a senior interior designer to collaborate with the Principal on creative concepts, spatial strategies, and project direction for high-end residential and commercial work.

You will develop floor plans, elevations, millwork drawings, and procure FF&E while overseeing budgets, site visits, and vendor coordination. mentorship and process improvements are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• 5–8+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio of high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, directions, and spatial strategies with Principal.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, millwork drawings, and technical docs.
• Curate FF&E and manage budgets and vendor coordination.
• Oversee procurement, site measurements, installations, and QA/QC.
• Mentor junior designers and streamline studio workflows.
