Job summary

Pembrooke and Ives is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 7+ years of experience to lead a dedicated team through development, production, and coordination across the project delivery process.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Designers, Project Managers and Studio Directors, overseeing concept imagery, drawings, 3D models and project documentation, with a focus on high-end luxury interiors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture.
• At least 7 years of demonstrated work experience with Interior Design and/or Architectural Firms.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design team to develop and deliver project drawings, models, and documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, vendors and consultants for timely deliverables.
• Oversee production of 3D renderings and final design punch list.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in site visits to review progress.
• Review bid documents and support value engineering processes.
