Job summary

CROSS is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 8+ years of professional experience to lead multiple luxury residential remodeling projects from concept through construction. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, estimators, and construction teams to translate vision into detailed plans and execute exceptional spaces.

You will develop design concepts, select premium materials, create plans and Construction Documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite, and ensure designs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Experience managing luxury residential remodeling and custom home projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and documentation.
• Experience producing construction documents and detailed design packages.
• Understanding of applicable residential building codes and standards.
