Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interiors, architecture or related discipline required.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire preferred; licensure desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute design processes and project goals with excellence.
• Develop and coordinate detailed design concepts and functional requirements.
• Lead interior design integration with engineering systems and site analysis.
• Coordinate design direction with teams and clients.
• Participate in marketing and may lead design presentations.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance per standards.
• Collaborate in design reviews, charettes and pin-ups.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with clients, partners, and consultants.
