Job summary

Perkins&Will’s Austin team seeks an Interior Designer III to advance interior design projects, executing contract documents, floor plans, details, and furniture layouts while integrating architectural processes. You will develop concepts, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

The role requires LEED GA within 6 months of hire, NCIDQ prep, and a Bachelor’s in interiors, architecture, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture or related discipline required.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
• Professional accreditation in Living Design (LEED AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, etc.).
• Preparing for NCIDQ.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of project complexity and adhere to goals and standards.
• Execute contract documents including floor plans, details, and furniture layouts.
• Develop concepts and integrate architectural design processes.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and consultants.
• Review work for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Support growth of others and participate in design reviews.
