Perkins&Will is seeking a senior interior design leader in New York to drive all phases of the design process with creativity and adherence to design excellence. You will create detailed design concepts, lead teams, and engage clients while coordinating with consultants to deliver cohesive Living Design solutions.

The role emphasizes presenting to clients, preparing publications/awards, and ensuring project documentation aligns with standards.

Qualifications

• LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
• Professional accreditation in Living Design (e.g., LEED AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, or ILFI).
• Professional interiors licensure and degree in interiors/architecture or related field.
• At least a Bachelor's degree as stated in requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead all phases of the interior design process with creativity and excellence.
• Create detailed design concepts and functional project criteria.
• Lead design teams, engage clients and coordinate with consultants.
• Develop client presentations, publications and award submissions.
• Ensure document accuracy and compliance with project delivery standards.
• Coordinate with clients, partners and consultants throughout the project.
