Job summary

studioDSK Interiors seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead interior architecture from concept to execution. You will shape the design vision, guide critical aesthetic decisions, and work across programming, schematic design, and documentation with clients and cross-disciplinary teams.

You will mentor junior designers, contribute to business development, and help advance the firm’s design culture through leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interior design, interior architecture, or related design discipline from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver sophisticated interior design projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong design leadership, concept development, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Experience across all design phases from programming to construction administration.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior architecture and design process from vision through execution across all project phases.
• Shape design vision in collaboration with leadership and project teams.
• Develop and document interior concepts, space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&E.
• Oversee FF&E and material procurement, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to practice growth and knowledge sharing.
