Job summary

You will lead programming, coordinate with consultants and manage documentation through design development and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design; NCIDQ exam or registered Architect with current license required; LEED credential within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Interprets, organizes and executes the conceptual design of a project.
• Leads programming such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting and color coordination.
• Implements all phases of a design project including contracts, budgeting, scheduling, design, documentation and construction.
• Maintains positive client relationships and communicates project progress regularly.
• Coordinates with consultants, vendors and contractors to ensure project alignment with design intent.

Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or foreign equivalent
