Job summary

The Finders in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Senior Interior Designer (FF&E) to lead projects from concept through installation. You will mentor junior designers and collaborate with procurement, project management and leadership on high-end hospitality and residential work.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of interior design experience, a Bachelor's in Interior Design, proficiency in AutoCAD and the Adobe Creative Suite, and a willingness to travel 4–5 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• 6+ years interior design experience including FF&E design & execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
• Proven portfolio with high-end hospitality/residential projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office.
• Experience creating furniture packages & client-facing presentations including specs & sourcing.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities within a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Own design projects from inception to installation.
• Mentor and coach junior designers.
• Partner with design team, procurement, project management and leadership.
• Lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
