Job summary

Kalyan Hospitality in Virginia is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the full interior design process for hospitality projects from concept through installation, collaborating with an external architect, project managers, and procurement.

The role requires 3–7 years in commercial or hospitality design, proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, and a track record with brand submissions for Marriott or Hilton. Domestic travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of commercial or hospitality interior design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Ability to produce tagged plans, finish schedules, and construction documents.
• Direct experience preparing brand specification packages and submittals for Marriott and/or Hilton properties.
• Experience developing FF&E specifications, finish schedules, and specification books.
• Experience managing the brand approval process from start to finish.
• Ability to travel to project sites for installation oversight.
