Job summary

LK Architecture is seeking a Senior Studio Interior Designer to lead design development and coordinate projects across hospitality, restaurant, mixed use, healthcare and residential sectors. You will mentor junior staff and manage FF&E deliverables, ensuring schedules, budgets, and design intent are met.

The role requires licensed or non-licensed senior designers, strong Revit/AutoCAD and visualization skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (accredited program).
• 6–8 years of commercial design experience, preferably in a specialized area.
• NCIDQ or CID certification required for Interior Designer title, in good standing.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, DesignSpec (or Similar Spec writing software), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop design solutions and provide project coordination through all project phases.
• Coordinate with leadership and project teams from planning to installation and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to achieve goals.
• Lead design concepts from start to finish, meeting schedule, budget, and design intent.
• Create presentations, construction documents, and specifications for interiors.
