Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of interior design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture or related discipline.
• Portfolio or work samples required.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire preferred.
• NCIDQ prep encouraged.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate interior design concepts with architectural process.
• Prepare contract documents: floor plans, ceiling plans, details, millwork, furniture layouts.
• Create client presentations with materials and models.
• Coordinate with clients, partners and consultants.
• Review work for accuracy per Project Delivery Manual.
• Support project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Participate in design reviews and client meetings.
