You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop contract documents, select materials, and ensure sustainability and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture or related discipline.
• Experience with BIM, contract docs and design development.
• Knowledge of building codes, life safety and materials selection.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of project complexity and contribute to goals.
• Develop interior concepts and integrate architectural design processes.
• Execute floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, millwork and schedules.
• Curate materials, colors, finishes and furniture for projects.
• Provide programming and space planning analyses and area calculations.
• Ensure compliance with design standards and project delivery manuals.
• Support growth of others and communicate ideas effectively.
