Principal/Co-Owner of Beasley & Henley Interior Design

The Beasley & Henley design team is AMAZING! We are an interior design firm passionate about good design, working across various markets including luxury models, private clients, and large-scale public areas. We are currently seeking a talented SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER.

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER: 10+ years' experience in High-End Residential and Multifamily Interior Design, FFE, and Specifications.

The successful candidate will be a creative, quick-thinking team player with impeccable professionalism, a commitment to deadlines, and an easy-going personality.

Qualifications: A 4-year degree in Interior Design and 10+ years of applicable Interior Design experience in furnishings, fabrics, and specifications.

Preference for candidates residing or planning to move to Central Florida.

Applicants should submit a digital portfolio showcasing relevant interior design images.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Manage design projects from concept to completion, focusing on Specs and FFE.
• Extensive experience with high-end amenities, multi-family, and residential projects.
• Interpret and translate client needs into Specs and FFE selections.
• Collaborate with in-house Interior Architecture team on interior details and space planning (drawings by Interior Architects).
• Assist or lead client meetings and site walkthroughs.
• Maintain project schedules and deadlines for selections and orders.
• Adhere to budget requirements for Specs and FFE.
• Coordinate ordering items with the Project Manager/Expeditor.
• Understand construction administration processes, including RFIs and submittals.
• Participate in FFE installation and project punch list.
• Supervise assistants working on your projects.
• Collaborate respectfully with outside architects, contractors, clients, and subs.
