Qualifications

• 12+ years of design experience in commercial interiors or architecture.
• Experience with workplace interiors is highly valued.
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to pitch to win new work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept to delivery on high-profile commercial projects.
• Represent the studio in client meetings and presentations.
• Mentor junior designers and guide project teams.
• Collaborate with project management and architecture teams to ensure design intent.
• Develop pitches, proposals, and RFP responses to win new business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
