AlphaGov is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial interior construction projects in the Bentonville, AR area. You will oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and related interior finish systems, with strong reading of drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial interior construction.
• Hands-on experience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, or related interior finish systems.
• Strong understanding of interior construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost management.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.

Responsabilités

• Oversee commercial interior construction projects from contract award through execution, turnover, and final closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and execution strategies to meet contractual requirements.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work to establish project requirements and identify potential issues.
• Coordinate project activities with general contractors, clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Track project expenses, labor productivity, material costs, billing, change orders, and profitability to maintain financial performance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and other project records.
• Oversee material purchasing, delivery schedules, and procurement activities to ensure resources are available when needed.
• Conduct jobsite visits to evaluate installation progress, workmanship, safety compliance, and field productivity.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance, address coordination challenges, and resolve issues affecting project delivery.
• Identify potential schedule delays, budget overruns, and construction risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Lead project meetings and provide timely updates to clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to ensure accurate project handoffs, including budgets, scopes, and contractual commitments.
• Evaluate scope revisions, identify change-order opportunities, and manage potential cost exposures.
• Direct punch-list completion, project turnover, warranty coordination, and final closeout documentation.
