AlphaX seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial interior construction projects from contract award through final completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and safe operations.

You will lead project teams, review drawings and specs, manage RFIs, change orders, and closeout activities, travel to sites as required, and partner with estimating and operations to align budgets and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial interior construction.
• Hands-on experience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring or related interior finish systems.
• Strong knowledge of schedules, budgets, procurement, and cost management.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, contracts, and scopes of work.
