AlphaGov in Central Virginia seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships on-site with Owners, design professionals, and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of GC experience, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget across multiple sites

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on construction experience.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management for a general contractor.
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, contracts, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Create and manage project schedules, monitor milestones, address delays.
• Oversee subcontractor scopes, contracts, change orders, and deliverables.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, submittals for requirements and risks.
• Coordinate activities with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Track budgets, POs, costs, and profitability; report progress.
