Job summary

CLT Recruiters is seeking an experienced Interior Architect / Project Manager for a high-end interior design studio in Manhattan. You will own the full construction set and oversee the project from design through completion, including site visits as needed.

This is a client-facing, in-office role based in Manhattan (5 days per week). Ideal candidates have 8+ years in boutique residential design, strong AutoCAD, and familiarity with Procore; wood veneer and mentoring junior staff are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience at a boutique or small residential design firm.
• Strong AutoCAD skills, with the ability to personally draw high-end private residential projects.
• Solid command of industry standards, with the ability to refine and improve existing systems.
• Value engineering experience
• Familiarity with Procore is a plus
• Comfortable working in a Mac-based office

Responsibilities

• Draw full construction sets for high-end private residential projects.
• Manage projects end-to-end through completion, including site visits.
• In-office, Manhattan-based role (5 days per week) with occasional site visits.
