Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Santa Monica, CA seeks an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to provide senior‑level HR support during a temporary leave. You will partner with managers, leaders, and the executive team on employee relations, performance, and compensation.

This 7-month assignment follows a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite weekly. The ideal candidate quickly earns credibility, guides on sensitive matters, and operates with independence, leveraging strong California

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partner or senior-level HR generalist experience.
• Strong background in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and terminations.
• Experience supporting compensation reviews or annual processes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders and managers on employee relations and HR matters.
• Advise managers on performance concerns, including difficult conversations and corrective action.
• Manage and support employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Provide guidance on voluntary and involuntary terminations with proper documentation.
• Collaborate on compensation planning, base salary adjustments, and bonus processes.
• Utilize Excel to review and manage compensation-related data.
• Support leadership with thoughtful, solutions-oriented HR guidance.
• Collaborate with internal HR colleagues and outside counsel on California and international matters.
• Maintain discretion with confidential employee information.
