• Independently manage complex employee relations and performance cases from assessment to resolution.
• Support restructuring and reduction-in-force activity with leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on HR support during performance, compensation, and business planning cycles.
• Develop frameworks and guidance that enable leaders to confidently manage people matters.
