Colliers Engineering & Design seeks an Accounting Manager, Integration & Accounting Transformation to lead accounting integration work with acquired companies and contribute to corporate accounting and finance transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, ERP/financial-system experience, and collaboration with multiple functions. Hybrid work in Seattle with three days in office is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive accounting experience with close, reconciliations, reporting and internal controls.
• Experience leading accounting integrations, ERP implementations or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, consulting, construction, or project-based environments.
• CPA or other certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead accounting integration workstreams for acquisitions, including diligence, discovery, planning, execution, cutover, and post-close stabilization.
• Own detailed integration plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issue logs, and leadership updates.
• Conduct walkthroughs of financial operations, systems, controls, and reporting needs.
• Coordinate transition of general ledger, AP/AR, cash management, fixed assets, payroll accounting, revenue, project accounting, and reporting.
• Oversee chart-of-accounts mapping, data conversion, and opening balance sheet preparation.
• Apply U.S. GAAP and close-process knowledge to resolve issues and strengthen reconciliations.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting on close, reporting, policy, control, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Help integrate entities into ERP, banking, billing, and reporting systems; translate accounting requirements for IT teams.
• Coordinate cutover readiness, master data, user access, vendor/customer setup, and training plans.
• Build relationships with acquired teams and drive cross-functional decisions during change.
• Develop scalable playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures.
• CoachAccounting team members and acquired staff in new processes.
