International Search Consultants in Seattle, WA is seeking a Staff Accountant to support high-net-worth clients and internal wealth management teams. The role handles client cash processing, account reconciliations, financial reports, and various client admin needs in a hybrid work setting.

The successful candidate will bring a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least five years of accounting experience, with GAAP knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks, AgilLink, and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with donor funds accounting and pledges.
• Experience with financial reporting is highly desired.
• Knowledge of GAAP and cash/tax accounting principles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, AgilLink, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Payroll processing and taxation experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client accounts and financial records.
• Prepare and review financial reports, statements, invoices, and vouchers.
• Monitor client cash balances for accounts payable.
• Reconcile general ledgers, bank statements, and investment accounts.
• Coordinate with accounts payable to process payments and approvals.
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports and assist with payroll processing and reporting.
• Support tax reporting, including 1099s and W-2s.
• Assist with audits and client information requests.
• Maintain and update client files with accurate records.
