Job summary

Jobot in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Accountant - Intercompany to lead intercompany accounting processes within a dynamic finance team.

You will manage billing, settlements, eliminations and reconciliations, support audits, and collaborate across departments to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualified candidates have at least five years in intercompany accounting, a degree in accounting or finance, and strong Excel/ERP skills; CPA/CMA/CGA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in intercompany accounting, preferably in engineering.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany processes: billing, settlements, eliminations, reconciliations.
• Experience supporting audits with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany accounting processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee intercompany billing, settlements, and eliminations.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with audit requests and provide documentation.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline intercompany processes.
• Stay current with accounting standards and implement changes.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and support a collaborative team environment.
