Job summary

Strativia is seeking a Senior Intelligence Watch Officer to join a 24/7 intelligence operations team in Washington, DC. You will monitor global events in real time, produce intelligence reports, and brief senior leadership while coordinating with IC partners.

This temporary, full-time role offers challenging, mission-critical work and opportunities to mentor junior staff. The position requires extensive all-source intelligence experience, an active Top Secret clearance, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies or related field and strong academic record.
• Minimum five years in intelligence, watch center, operations center, military intelligence, or national security.
• At least one year in an Intelligence Watch Officer or watch floor leadership role.
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, DOE, or federal agencies.
• Experience with all-source intelligence (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, ELINT, OSINT).
• Proficiency with MS Office and secure information-sharing practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global intelligence and national security events 24/7 in a watch environment.
• Analyze, evaluate, and disseminate all-source intelligence (HUMINT/SIGINT/IMINT/ELINT/OSINT).
• Prepare and deliver intelligence reports and executive briefings for leadership.
• Coordinate with IC agencies and federal partners for intelligence sharing and awareness.
• Maintain SOPs, operational plans, and watch center processes.
• Support crisis response operations and COOP activities.
• Mentor junior Watch Officers and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain records and participate in exercises and recall operations.
