Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Operations Watch Officer in McLean, VA for a mission-critical watch center role. The position requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and a rotating 2-week day/night schedule.

Candidates should have intelligence/military backgrounds and familiarity with IC databases and MS Office in a multi-level security environment. The role focuses on monitoring, prioritizing traffic, issuing early warnings, and coordinating critical information flow to policymakers.

Qualifications

• Analytic work in the intelligence community or military.
• Identity Resolution, Watchlisting, or Targeting experience.
• Experience working with Intelligence Agencies is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant experience or more.

Responsibilities

• Constant monitoring of multiple channels of classified and open-source media for US-related threats.
• Sorting and prioritizing intelligence and operational message traffic.
• Providing early warnings and alert to key officials in a timely manner.
• Producing alerts and responses to time-sensitive events for policymakers.
