Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an IST Specialist to plan, create, maintain, and conduct Intelligence training for individuals and small groups with diverse backgrounds (All-Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.). Fort Liberty, NC-based role within Administrative and Logistics Support, full-time and senior-level.

The position emphasizes developing and evolving intelligence programs, analyzing training data, and aiding in selection and training of SOF personnel, with DoD Top Secret/SCI eligibility and proficiency

Qualifications

• Six+ years of Intelligence experience.
• Instructor certifications (SWICS, SOIC, ABIC, ITC, TD&E or equivalent DoD)
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal and external Intelligence training programs.
• Collect and analyze training data to identify trends for program development.
• Assist in selection and training of military special operations support personnel.
