Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an Intelligence Operation Specialist to coordinate planning, organization, and completion of technical military intelligence projects. The role supports regulatory compliance and interagency collaboration within a fast-paced government environment.

The candidate will schedule training, manage records for Intelligence Force Management, and assist with conferences and meetings, including agenda development and minute-taking.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of intelligence analyst or intelligence operations experience
• Two+ years of Intelligence Force Management or Targeting Officer experience
• Ability to work well in team or independently with minimal supervision
• Former military experience desirable but not required
• SOF experience or knowledge of special operations desirable
• Proficient in using intelligence-related automation for analytics and product development
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance

Work Location: Fort Liberty, NC Employment Type: Full-Time, Senior-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support

CGS is seeking a skilled Intelligence Operation Specialist to assist with and coordinate planning, organizing, integration, and completion of technical projects within the military intelligence functional area. Skills and attributes for success:

• Research and understand regulatory and procedural requirements pertaining to program requirements and will make recommendations as required


• Schedule training and maintain records related to Intelligence Force Management programs


• Assist and coordinate conferences and various meetings/engagements for the program by performing the following, but not limited to, preparing agendas, developing a list of participants, notifying attendees, recording the minutes, preparing summaries, and making distribution to participants


• Receive and review program packets for submission and tracks program application packets through application process to endure timely completion

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) years of intelligence analyst or intelligence operations experience is highly desirable


• Minimum of two (2) years of Intelligence Force Management or Targeting Officer experience is highly desirable


• Must have ability to work well in a team environment and or independently with little or no supervision


• Former military experience is highly desirable, but not required


• Prior SOF experience or significant knowledge of special operations is desirable


• Shall be proficient in utilizing intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development


• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI
