Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an Intelligence Analyst Trainer – Senior to conduct training for diverse intelligence backgrounds and introduce analytic tools within targeting methodologies, including F3EAD. The role develops programs of instruction, coordinates annual training requirements, and collaborates on internal/external training opportunities.

Qualified candidates will have extensive DoD intelligence experience, expertise in OSINT/SIGINT/HUMINT, and strong briefing

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of intelligence operations experience with DoD or equivalent.
• Experience training individuals and small groups across varied intelligence backgrounds.
• Proficient in automation, applications, tools, and databases supporting analytic efforts.
• Strong understanding of HVI/Network Targeting and F3EAD methods.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

CGS is seeking a skilled Intelligence Analyst Trainer – Senior to conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence backgrounds (All-Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, OSINT, etc.) to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application within targeting and analytic methodologies including, but not limited to, F3EAD. Training requirements will include the development, evolution, and maintenance of internal and external programs of instruction covering analytic tools and methodologies, the coordination and compliance of annual community training requirements, and collaboration in identifying and facilitating training opportunities for organization personnel.

• Conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence backgrounds (All-Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, OSINT, etc.) to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application within targeting and analytic methodologies including, but not limited to, F3EAD
• Training requirements will include the development, evolution, and maintenance of internal and external programs of instruction covering analytic tools and methodologies, the coordination and compliance of annual community training requirements, and collaboration in identifying and facilitating training opportunities for organization personnel

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) years of intelligence/intelligence operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with four (4) years at the operational level
• Sufficient experience to conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence backgrounds (All-Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, OSINT, etc.) to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application to the F3EAD Targeting Methodology
• Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development
• Advanced HVI/Network Targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process
• Strong briefing skills
• Strong background and first-hand experience are required in the following analytical areas: Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis and Collection Management
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI
