Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst - Senior to support leadership with expert intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting. The role includes program development, quality control, and mentorship of analysts and GSOC operators.

Responsibilities cover producing actionable intel for senior leaders, interfacing with IC counterparts, and ensuring readiness for 24/7 operations. A Top Secret/SCI clearance and DoD background are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.
• Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
• Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
• Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff
• Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, interfacing with Combatant Command and IC counterparts
• Interface with other intelligence organizations to prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel and threat analysis
• Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the targeting cycle
• May be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotations
• Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones
• Enforce requirements and provide quality control of products
• Direct the analytical team in identifying trends within data-at-rest to drive reporting to alert decision-makers
