Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an Intelligence Operation Specialist to coordinate planning, organization, and completion of technical military intelligence projects. The role supports regulatory compliance and interagency collaboration within a fast-paced government environment.

The candidate will schedule training, manage records for Intelligence Force Management, and assist with conferences and meetings, including agenda development and minute-taking.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of intelligence analyst or intelligence operations experience
• Two+ years of Intelligence Force Management or Targeting Officer experience
• Ability to work well in team or independently with minimal supervision
• Former military experience desirable but not required
• SOF experience or knowledge of special operations desirable
• Proficient in using intelligence-related automation for analytics and product development
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, organization, integration, and completion of technical projects within the military intelligence function
• Schedule training and maintain records related to Intelligence Force Management programs
• Assist and coordinate conferences and meetings for the program (agendas, participants, minutes, summaries)
• Review and track program packets through the application process to ensure timely completion
