Job summary

US Naval Intelligence Activity in Maryland and at a national level seeks a Supervisory Intelligence Specialist at the GG-14 level to lead the N3 Capabilities & Partnerships directorate, supervising military, civilian, and contractor staff and ensuring mission readiness.

You will plan, direct, and monitor work, hire and develop personnel, resolve performance issues, and collaborate with supervisors across the organization in unstructured environments to maintain technical quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Planning, directing, assigning, leading and monitoring the unit work, with emphasis on supervision and management.
• Hiring or selecting employees; managing and appraising performance; disciplining employees.
• Resolving employee complaints and supporting employee development.
