Job summary

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced Supervisory Intelligence Analyst II for Strategic Threat Assessment and Risk to lead a team and coordinate with client representatives. You will ensure quality control, guide operations, and integrate policy requirements into intelligence analysis for overseas diplomatic facilities.

The role demands current Top Secret clearance with SCI access, strong leadership, and expert knowledge of all-source intelligence methods, with

Qualifications

Current TS clearance with SCI access.
GS-0132 or contractor equivalent with 1+ year in role.
2+ years as Intelligence Analyst II with supervisory responsibility.
Proven supervisory experience.
Experience as all-source intelligence analyst in IC or law enforcement for 1+ year.
Ability to lead analysts and manage program tasks.
Ability to train and develop junior and senior analysts.
Ability to brief diverse audiences.
Subject matter expert within the IC.
Knowledge of technical collection methods and security countermeasures.
Understanding IC standards including ICD 203/702/705.
Excellent writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee all-source intelligence analysis of threat environment.
Lead risk analysis for overseas diplomatic facilities.
Coordinate information collection and risk mitigation with SMEs.
Develop threat reports for overseas missions and domestic planning.
Brief executives and State Department personnel; maintain liaisons across agencies.
