Job summary

Core One Group in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a senior intelligence analyst leader to provide expert analytical leadership, coordinate cross-domain data transfers, and develop metrics, dashboards, and briefings.

You will mentor analysts, support government leadership with strategic recommendations, and oversee complex intelligence production for national security mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Lead complex analytic problems and develop actionable advice for senior leadership.
• Define and refine analytic methodologies and tradecraft for mission requirements.
• Provide strategic advisory and technical guidance to senior government officials and policymakers.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, scientists, and mission personnel.
• Build, maintain, and manage intelligence databases and dissemination of mission data.
• Monitor intelligence reporting, identify updates and discrepancies requiring leadership attention.
• Manage RFIs and ensure timely documentation, assignment, and completion.
• Develop and report program metrics to measure production and performance.
• Support cross-domain data transfers and dissemination across JWICS/SIPRNet/NIPRNet.
• Create metrics, graphics, dashboards, and visual products for production management.
