Job summary

Core One Solutions seeks a senior Identity Intelligence professional to conduct and direct biometric analysis, identify networks, and deliver actionable intelligence. You will coordinate with government and IC partners to shape I2 doctrine and capabilities, with deployment options and security clearances as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum fourteen (14) years of experience conducting analysis directly relevant to the labor category, with recent work within the last 2 years.
• Experience defining and resolving complex intelligence and mission problems; supervising studies and leading surveys.
• Experience leading analytic efforts involving advanced analytic production methodologies and tradecraft.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document analytic production on biometric modalities to identify individuals and networks.
• Collect, integrate, and analyze identity attributes to develop comprehensive assessments.
• Produce intelligence assessments evaluating threat individuals, networks, and potential courses of action.
• Analyze biometric systems for capabilities, limitations, vulnerabilities, and operational impacts.
• Develop and deliver analytic findings to inform defense acquisition activities and requirements.
• Draft and maintain doctrine, policy, and guidance supporting Identity Intelligence (I2) activities.
• Coordinate with government and IC stakeholders to advance I2 policies and capabilities.
• Prepare and present analytical products, briefings, and supporting documentation for decision-makers.
