Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion in the last 2 years.
• Provide expert-level analytic leadership in identifying, planning, developing, validating, and implementing advanced analytic production methodologies, intelligence tradecraft, and analytical techniques aligned with labor requirements.
• Establish and refine analytic methodologies and tradecraft to address emerging intelligence requirements and improve quality and timeliness of production.
• Apply extensive subject-matter expertise to evaluate complex analytic challenges and develop innovative solutions for strategic mission objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, scientists, and other mission personnel.
• Build, maintain, update, and manage intelligence databases to support collection, organization, retrieval, and dissemination of mission data.
• Monitor and evaluate intelligence reporting to identify updates, trends, discrepancies, and information requiring attention.
• Receive, track, coordinate, and manage RFIs, ensuring requirements are documented, assigned, monitored, and completed on time.
• Develop, maintain, and report program and mission metrics to measure production and workload.
