Job summary

Core One Group in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to conduct and document analytic production on biometric modalities and identity networks, supporting national security objectives. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, potential deployment, and the ability to coordinate with military and government stakeholders.

You will analyze biographical and behavioral attributes, produce assessments of threat networks, and contribute to doctrine and policy documents.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience with a qualifying degree or five years in lieu of a degree.
• Understanding of intelligence requirements supporting lethal and non-lethal targeting operations.
• Experience with network, pattern, geospatial, link, and social network analysis for Attack the Network.
• Foundational targeting tradecraft including trend/pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, and POL.
• Experience supporting deployed SOF elements with analytical and targeting support.
• Proficiency with a variety of intelligence tools and databases listed in the ad.
• Ability to participate in analytical collaboration and peer/leadership review.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document analytic production on biometric modalities to identify individuals and networks.
• Collect, integrate, and analyze identity attributes to develop comprehensive assessments.
• Produce intelligence assessments evaluating threat individuals and networks.
• Analyze biometric systems to identify capabilities, limitations, and impacts.
• Develop and deliver analytic findings to inform defense activities related to biometric systems.
• Research and draft doctrine, policy, and guidance supporting Identity Intelligence activities.
• Coordinate with government and military stakeholders to advance I2 policies and capabilities.
• Prepare and present analytical products and briefings to government stakeholders.
